“Here Comes Treble” Triangle Shawl – Free Crochet Pattern
Perhaps you are looking for an easy, relatively quick crochet shawl pattern, one you can do when you are deep into a Netflix binge. This is that pattern. You see, after you get past row 1, all you have to do is repeat row 2. It might be the easiest crochet pattern ever, and if you are a beginner or have never made a shawl before, this is great for dipping your toes in.

2 Skeins Lion Brand Landscape Yarn – K Hook (6.5mm)
OR
300 Yards Worsted Weight Yarn – J Hook
Notes: Ch 4 at beginning of row counts as treble crochet stitch. Place a marker in your top chain to help you find your last stitch to work into on return row.
Pattern is written using US terminology.
1. Ch 6
Join to first ch w/ sl st to form ring
Ch 4 (counts as tr)
Tr into ring
Ch 2
(2 Tr, ch 2, 2 tr) into ring
* Ch 2
2 Tr into ring *
Rep from * to * 1 time
2. Turn
Ch 4 (counts as tr)
Tr in same st
Ch 2
* 2 Tr in next ch-2 sp
Ch 2 *
Rep from * to * until ch-3 sp (center) is reached
(2 Tr, ch 3, 2 tr) in ch-3 sp
Ch 2
* 2 Tr in next ch-2 sp
Ch 2 *
Rep from * to * until end
2 Tr in last st (ch-4 of turning ch)
Repeat row 2 until desired size is reached
Fasten off.
Weave in ends.
