It’s the 3rd week of the new year, and so far we’ve learned the single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet stitches. Let’s take the double crochet stitch farther and make a granny square. Granny squares are a perfect introduction for working in the round, a skill you’ll need for making hats.
Granny squares are traditionally used for making blankets, but you can make pillow covers, scarves, shrugs, ponchos…your imagination is your only limit! So lets get down to business!
