Free Crochet Pattern – Occasional Stripes Beanie

As the holidays neared closer and closer last year, I knew I wouldn’t be able to make any large/super time consuming gifts for people, but I still wanted to make something nice for my family. Men are notoriously hard to shop for, so all the men received hats. I put together this pattern specifically for them.

The “Occasional Stripes” Beanie is a simple hat, easily customized in size and color to suit your tastes or that of your lucky gift recipient. You can make a cap sized beanie, or a slouchy beanie, just continue following the pattern until the hat is the desired length. With Valentines Day coming up, this would make a great low cost gift to make for your man (or woman).
