Ribbed Mesh Cowl – Free Crochet Pattern
|Free Crochet Pattern – Ribbed Mesh Cowl
Cowls are a great way to keep your neck warm without having to fiddle around keeping a scarf in place. They are also a fun fashion accessory, and an interesting way to add a pop of color into your wardrobe. So today I’m sharing this free crochet cowl pattern to help you get ready for the chilly air of autumn. Make one for yourself, make one for a gift. It works up in an evening and uses only 1 skein of yarn.
This particular cowl crochet pattern features a mesh grid with ribs for just a touch of texture and structure, so it will stand up a little, and you can scrunch it down too. It is a simple, easy to remember pattern repeat, so once you get to round 3, you’ll be able to sit back and watch tv or listen to an audiobook or whatever else you like to do while you crochet (I’m addicted to podcasts at the moment).
You can add crochet pattern to your Ravelry queue here: Ribbed Mesh Cowl Crochet Pattern. Don’t forget to add pictures when you’re done, I LOVE seeing your finished projects. Have fun and happy hooking!
