Puff Stitch Fingerless Gloves – Free Crochet Pattern from B.Hooked

Brittany, the designer behind B.Hooked has some great patterns, and when I saw these on her blog, I knew I had to make them! I’m slightly obsessed with fingerless gloves. Luckily I happened to have 3/4 of a skein of Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable left over from another project. The yarn itself is gorgeous and works up really pretty. Just don’t screw up, the yarn is not rip-out friendly!

I tweaked the pattern just slightly. I used a “G” hook to fit my petite hands, and instead of using sc in the BL only for the band, I ch 30, joined, and then worked 1 round dc, 5 rounds FP/BP dc to get the ribbing. Just personal preference. Also added an extra round of puff stitches to make it a teensy bit longer. Super easy to customize actually.

If you have never worked with puff stitches before, have no fear! She includes a video tutorial so it’s easy to follow along. Loved this pattern so much I’m already working on a 2nd pair!
